Air-driven home lifts that are space-saving and energy efficient. The Split Model is ideal when the overhead requirement is low (up to 2500mm). Motors are placed in a split unit outside the home, connected via UPVC pipes to the external cylinder.

What is a domestic vacuum lift?
A domestic vacuum lift is a household elevator that moves a cabin between floors using air pressure inside a sealed cylinder, instead of cables, hydraulics or a counterweight. Airo household lifts need no pit, no machine room and no shaft enclosure.
How many people can a household lift carry?
Airo domestic lifts are designed for 2 persons with a carrying capacity of up to 220 kg, and include an overload indication inside the cabin.
Is a household lift safe during a power cut?
Yes. During a power outage the lift automatically descends to the lowest floor so passengers can exit safely, and an emergency alarm lets you call for help from inside the cabin.
Can a domestic lift be installed in an existing house?
Yes. Airo household lifts are self-supporting and install in 24–48 hours with almost zero civil work, making them ideal for retrofitting into existing homes as well as new construction.
