✅ How much Space is required?

Airo Vacuum Home Elevators are designed for a capacity upto 220kgs with an intent of carrying 2-3 persons at a time.
The external diameter of the structure is 940mm or 37”inches.
On basis of how the placement of elevator is chosen, the structural opening can be defined.

  • In an open area, like the stairway or courtyard – structural requirement shall be 940mm or 37 inches diameter.
  • In a closed area, where core-cutting is carried out, a structural requirement of 1010mm or 40 inches diameter for ease of installation is required.

✅ How many levels you need to go?

Airo Home Lifts can serve up to four (4) floors or G+3. Depending on the access required by the users for different floors.

Airo has two (2) models

1. Airo Titanium with In-built motors, comprising of motors within the structure. This is when the floor-to-floor height is 2800mm or more.

2. Airo Split consisting of a split unit placed outside the home. They are connected with two 4” UPVC pipes. This is when the floor-to-floor height is 2500mm or less than 2800mm.

Step-by-Step Airo Home Lift Installation Process

🔹 Step 1: Preparation of Work Area

  • Base of the floor to be spirit levelled.
  • Unloading and ease of moving the lift material to be pre-planned.

🔹 Step 2: Lift Cylinder hoisting and levelling at all Floors

  • Depending on the number of floors, the topmost outer cylinder is shifted with the motor unit.
  • Install intermediate cylinder along the floor levels and check for plumb.
  • Bottommost cylinder comprises of outer shell and cabin.

🔹 Step 3: Electrical Configuration

  • Wiring at each level comes pre-assembled and plugin according to wiring diagrams.
  • Finally, the electrical supply from the building is connected through our power pack to energize motors.

🔹 Step 4: Testing and Commissioning

  • Run test trials and check all the safety parameters. Cleaning and Handover to client.
  • Training is provided to the occupants on operation and emergency actions. Along with a User Manual & Safety Guidelines.

🔹 Step 5: Free Maintenance Period & AMC

  • Routine Servicing: Every 6 to 12 months.
  • Troubleshooting: Maintain a logbook and contact certified technicians for annual diagnostics.
